Pricing
Admission to the competition is free; reserved seating is provided for teachers with competing numbers. A $450 flat fee deposit (non-refundable) is required when competing. To qualify for the Early Bird rate, applications must be submitted and paid in full one month before the city being attended; Early Bird pricing ends one month before the event and registration closes two weeks before the event. Additional time is $5 per dancer per additional minute for Large, Line and Production Groups only. Observer wristbands are $60 (HEATforce dancers receive 1 free band); the teacher wristband price at the event is $315. HEAT does not publish per-routine entry fees or convention tuition amounts on its public site.
