Pricing
Observer (spectator) wristbands are $80 early bird / $90 full price; one-day wristbands are half price; observers 12 and under are free if pre-registered ($70 at the event). Observer wristbands are not required for the opening ceremony, competition or closing ceremony - admission to the competition itself is free. Studio owners and directors are free (pre-registered); teachers $50 with a commitment to attend two teacher classes. Early bird pricing is available until one month prior to the event, with all final details and payment due 2 weeks prior under regular pricing. A non-refundable $450 flat-fee deposit is required to compete. Per-dancer convention/workshop dollar amounts are not published on the site.

Host hotel is the Hyatt Regency Lake Washington at Seattle's Southport, 1053 Lake Washington Blvd N, Renton, WA 98056 (Renton, not downtown Seattle). Room rate $214-$254 per night plus tax; hotel block cut-off Dec 8, 2026.
