$500 non-refundable deposit required by November 1 to guarantee a spot; entries must be received and paid in full by January 15; late entries accepted with 10% late fee; early-bird rebate available for registrations totaling a minimum of $3,000; credit card payments incur a 2.5% service charge; no per-solo/group entry pricing is published on the site.
