$500 non-refundable deposit due Nov 1 to guarantee a spot; entries must be received and paid in full by Jan 15 (early registration rebates available when total registrations reach $3,000 minimum); late entries accepted with a 10% late fee; credit card payments incur a 2.5% service charge; returned cheques incur a $35 NSF fee; registration fees are non-refundable except in case of a COVID-related government shutdown (full refund of 2027 fees).
