A non-refundable $500 deposit secures a studio's spot. Early-bird registration saves 10% on all entry fees (opens Nov 1, 2025; deadline Nov 30); standard pricing applies after Jan 15, 2027; a 10% late fee applies to registrations after Feb 1, 2027 (final entry submissions due Feb 15, 2027).
