About NYCDA (New York City Dance Alliance)

NYCDA (New York City Dance Alliance), founded in 1993, is a regional dance convention and competition operating in 24 regional cities and two Nationals. NYCDA emphasizes education and the dancer experience, awarding the Outstanding Dancer and Outstanding Studio honors and offering College Scholarship Auditions through the NYCDA Foundation.

Platinum (290-300), High Gold (288-289), Gold (282-287), High Silver (276-281), Silver (264-275), Bronze (240-263). Critics' Choice: free entry to National Season Finale. Distinguished Achievement Awards: $250 studio gift certificates. Outstanding Dancer scholarships — most coveted and prestigious of all convention scholarships. 16 university dance programs partner for National College Scholarship Audition.
