About Just Dance Invitational
Just Dance Invitational (JDI), founded in 2015 by Sandra Statzell, is a regional dance competition that awards cash scholarships toward college tuition and intensive programs instead of trophies. JDI aims to inspire, motivate, and invest in young dancers.

Three judges score each routine out of 100 points for a maximum possible score of 300. Dancers earn different award levels based on their total scores, with higher scores reflecting stronger technical execution, artistry, and performance quality.

- Platinum (278-284.9)
- High Gold (271-277.9)
- Gold (264-270.9)
- Elite Silver (200-263.9)
All dancers receive recognition for their performance regardless of score level.

Pricing
Admission is free for competition participants and viewers. Entry fees are non-refundable. Extended performance time is available up to 1:00 minute for a fee of $3.00 per performer. All registrations must be submitted online one week before the first day of the competition; late entries are accepted up to and including the day of competition if time permits. Individual dance studios may apply their own administrative fees.
