Dance Showcase USA is a regional dance competition company that has been serving the dance community since 1995. Based in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, the company operates six regional competitions throughout Texas, Arkansas, and Oklahoma each season. The competition circuit concludes with a National Championship held at the Kennedale Performing Arts Center in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Dance Showcase USA offers four competitive levels along with a special Jewel Level designed for adaptive dancers, ensuring opportunities for performers of varying abilities and experience levels. The company utilizes a comprehensive scoring system ranging from Gold (270-278.9) to their highest award level, Titanium (293-300), with additional categories including Elite Gold, Platinum, and Elite Platinum. Cash awards are presented at both regional and national events, with Solo Star first place winners receiving $100 plus a $50 gift certificate, and Group Star winners earning up to $250 plus a $125 gift certificate. The season culminates with Grand Showcase Finals at Nationals, where top performers compete for additional cash prizes and gift certificates. Dance Showcase USA accommodates dancers from young children through adults with age divisions spanning from Minis through Adult 30+, and each routine is evaluated by a panel of three judges.
