Summer Session

Three-week summer session that serves as the second and pivotal step in the audition process for the RWB's full-time professional programs: the Ballet Academic Program (ages 10+) and the Anna McCowan-Johnson Aspirant Program (post-secondary, high school graduates). Mon-Sat classes in ballet and pointe technique, movement improvisation, historical dance, modern and character, conditioning, variations, repertoire, pas de deux, and optional nutrition/visual art/music. Students demonstrating a strong fit for the program are accepted into Regular Session (September-June). Financial assistance available at varying levels for the Professional Division. Apply via video audition by June 1, 2026.
