Ballet Summer Intensive

Ballet intensive taught by Jacobs School of Music dance faculty, offered as two 1-week sessions that may be taken together or separately. Mon-Fri 9AM-5PM technique, pointe, variations, conditioning, contemporary and modern ballet, music appreciation, ballet history and nutrition, with new works choreographed on the dancers each week and a studio showing each Saturday. Optional dorm and meal plan. Directed by Sarah Wroth; faculty include Kyra Nichols, Michael Vernon and Glenda Lucena.
