Work It Dance Challenge - Marlborough, MA

About Work It Dance Challenge

Work It Dance Challenge operates as a regional dance competition company based in Bondsville, Massachusetts, serving the Northeast region including Massachusetts, Connecticut, New York, and New Jersey. The company offers both one-day events and multi-day "Mega Events" that follow traditional competition weekend formats running Friday through Sunday. Their unique one-day event structure allows studios to register for a location, with Work It selecting the specific day based on studio competition levels, meaning Saturday and Sunday function as separate competitions with their own overall awards and special recognitions. Studios can also split their dancers between multiple days for additional competitive opportunities. The competition features a three-judge professional judging panel and accommodates dancers across six age divisions: Mini, Petite, Junior, Teen, Senior, and Adult. Work It Dance Challenge emphasizes creating a positive, energetic atmosphere that promotes good sportsmanship and dancer confidence. Their events include high-energy award ceremonies, comprehensive adjudications, special awards, title competitions, and complimentary media coverage. The Mega Events offer additional features such as improvisation competitions and enhanced prizes, providing expanded competitive experiences for participating studios.
