About ShowTime International
ShowTime International is a Texas-based dance and drill team competition company founded in 1973 by Beverly Skipper that hosts regional contests, championships, dance camps, and a Grand Nationals event for public/parochial school drill teams, studio allstar teams, officers, and soloists.

Routines receive I/II/III ratings. Teams/officers earn Sweepstakes (85+ from at least two judges on three routines) and Judges Award (90+ from all judges on three routines). A Champion is named per classification with a 92+ score. Tiered awards: Gold/Double Gold/Triple Gold/Platinum/Diamond, Best in Category, Supreme, Champions Circle, Grand Champions (min 828), Varsity Best of the Best, At Large Top Rank, plus Applause awards (technique, showmanship, choreography, etc.). Separate Classic and Elite division awards.
Solos are judged on showmanship, originality, difficulty, technique, appearance, style, memory and flexibility. Teams and officers receive I, II, or III ratings on each routine from a three-judge panel; best three of up to 11 routines count toward Sweepstakes.

Team-affiliated entries — Regionals/Nationals: Team $355/$410, Officer $325/$365, Social Officer $240/$275, Solo $140/$160, Small Ensemble 2-5 $240/$260, Medium Ensemble 6-12 $270/$310, Large Ensemble 13-20 $315/$340, Production $400/$450. Individuals without a team (Regionals only, not permitted at Nationals): Solo $170, Small Ensemble 2-5 $250, Medium Ensemble 6-12 $280, Large Ensemble 13-20 $325.

This Apr 3 San Antonio stop ("Fiesta Texas") is held inside Six Flags Fiesta Texas theme park. The ShowTime ticket package includes theme-park admission, a contest wristband, and half-price parking if purchased in advance; only ShowTime tickets are accepted (no season passes, no individual ticket sales — must go through team director). No host hotel is associated with this stop.
