About the Program
Hobart and William Smith Colleges, a private liberal arts college in Geneva, NY, offers a Dance major and minor through its Dance and Movement Studies program. Dance Studio 104 (2,400 sq ft marley-covered sprung wood floor with barres and mirrors); Deming Theatre (5,000 sq ft marley-covered space convertible to a 250-seat performance venue); seminar room, dressing rooms, costume suite, student lounge; Winn-Seeley Gymnasium studio available for classes and rehearsals.
Performance Opportunities
Annual Faculty Dance Concert (spring); Junior/Senior Choreographers Concert (spring, capstone experience). Students perform in dance concerts on campus or regionally.
