About the Program
Florida State University's School of Dance offers a distinctive dance ladder — a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance, a rare combined 5-year BFA/MA in Dance (Studio and Related Studies), a Master of Arts in Dance (with Capstone, Studio and Related Studies, or Thesis pathways), and a Master of Fine Arts in Dance. As one of NASD's founding members (initial accreditation 9/1/1982), FSU is one of the leading state-flagship dance programs in the US.
