About the Program
Boston Conservatory at Berklee's Dance Division has been consistently recognized as having the best contemporary dance program in the US. The Conservatory offers two distinct BFA tracks: the BFA in Dance: Contemporary Dance (4 years) and — uniquely — the BFA in Dance: Commercial Dance (3 years), the first and only 3-year BFA program at the conservatory level focused on dance performance and creation for TV, film, music videos, and Broadway. Boston Conservatory's recent merger with Berklee gives dance students access to state-of-the-art technologies and courses in entrepreneurship and career skills.

Coursework
Curriculum includes intensive study of ballet, modern and contemporary dance, jazzdance, improvisation, hip-hop, composition, and pedagogy. Guest choreographers include Ebony Williams and Uri Sands. Multidisciplinary campus environment where dancers interact daily with musicians, actors, and composers post-Berklee merger.
